Prof. (Brig. Gen.) Abdur Rahman Siddiqui is one of the most renowned consultant in the field of Neurology in Bangladesh. He emerged as a Medical professional in the year 1978, when he passed his MBBS from Dhaka Medical College. After the completion of MBBS, Professor Siddiqui successfully completed MD in Medicine.

Prior to Joining Samorita Hospital Limited as a consultant, Professor Siddiqui was an integral part of Bangladesh Armed forces, where he served as a neurologist. Furthermore, he served as Head of the department of Neurology in Combind Military Hospital (CMH) in Dhaka. He also worked as a Professor in Medicine at Armed forces Medical college, situated in Dhaka Cantonment.
